much. Consulting
(est. 2017) is one of the fastest-growing Odoo Gold Partners in Europe with 90+ experts across Munich, Lisbon and Manchester. We support 250+ international companies to design and implement highly automated ERP solutions with a 100% project success rate.
We're building an operations platform (Paa S) that will become the backbone of how we and our clients run enterprise, production-grade Odoo systems. This is infrastructure that matters: hundreds of real businesses depend on it, millions of Euros flow through it, thousands of users work on it daily.
Your Mission
Own the product vision and drive execution of our hosting platform from good to exceptional. This isn't about managing a backlog - it's about building something that scales from 30 to 1.000 clients while maintaining the reliability and performance businesses demands.
The platform
Odoo Hosting - Security, recovery, monitoring, logs, performance analysis, high availability
Odoo BI Service - Data pipelines, DWH, analytics and reporting infrastructure
Future capabilities - Data migration tools, automated optimization, AI-driven operations

Develop and own the product roadmap - decide what gets built and why
Conceptualize and design new features that solve real operational problems
Coordinate the development team to ship fast without breaking things
Gather user feedback from internal teams and clients to drive improvements
Ensure platform adoption - usage and value matter more than features shipped
Make build/kill decisions on features that aren't delivering
Set and hit ambitious targets for platform performance, reliability and user satisfaction
This is full ownership. Progress and adoption are your scoreboard.
