About Responsibilities
KLx is expanding and we are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team, working across purchasing, data analysis, contract management and supplier relations.
The main mission will be:
Support daily procurement operations, ensuring compliance with internal and group policies.
Upload, update, and maintain data and documentation in internal tools (contracts, suppliers, POs, etc.).
Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) in line with internal procedures.
Assist in the contract lifecycle, including information gathering, updates and archiving.
Collaborate in supplier evaluation and onboarding processes (KYS, compliance, ESG).
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve operational issues.
Support the preparation of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and comparative analysis of proposals.
Ensure procurement databases and tools are organized, updated and aligned with compliance requirements.
Contribute to the implementation of procurement policies, procedures, and group strategies.
Who you are:
Degree in Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
4–5 years of experience in procurement, ideally in a technology or banking environment.
Knowledge of contracts and purchasing processes (IT experience is valued but not mandatory).
Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a collaborative and responsible approach.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and ease with digital tools.
Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English, proficiency in French is a plus.
