Procurement Specialist
to join our team in the Road and Corporate Infrastructure Department.

Role and Responsibilities
As a Procurement Specialist, you will work with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring process excellence, promoting quality, and maintaining alignment with Grupo Brisa's strategic goals.
Manage purchasing categories (namely in the following areas: pavements, structures, geotechnics, signage, buildings, as well as other engineering and design services, among others);
Collaborate with business units to identify needs and define contracting strategies;
Prepare tender specifications in coordination with business units, legal, and operational teams;
Execute procurement processes, ensuring deadlines, specifications, and business objectives are met;
Define supplier selection criteria, promoting innovation and sustainability in contracted solutions;
Ensure compliance with the Public Contracts Code (CCP) and all applicable regulations.
Contribute to the continuous optimization of procurement processes.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred), Management, Economics, or Law;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or construction contract management;
Solid understanding of public procurement rules and the CCP;
Strong analytical and financial skills for evaluating proposals, TCO, ROI, etc.;
Proficiency in procurement and productivity tools (Vortal,
Mercado Eletrónico
, MS Excel, Power Point); Fluency in English;
Motivation for procurement and negotiation;
Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills;
Strong results orientation and problem-solving mindset;
High levels of accuracy, organization, perseverance, and analytical capability.
