To strengthen our team, we are looking for a PROCESS ENGINEER. Function Traget: Process Design, Process Preparation (Equipment, Document), Pre-Production evaluation and Mass production evaluation to ensure process quality APQP / PPAP package Setup and Guidance of Standard Work for Process control Investigation and feasibility evaluation of new technologies, process improvement planning and implementation for profit improvement Feedback to RFQ activity Minimum Requirements Mechanic / Automation Upper High School Professional completed or engineer Degree preferential Technical background in mechanics, Vision Systems and automation ; Knowledge about process & equipment preferential automotive industry Good knowledge on Microsoft Office ( Excel , Power Point , Word ) Moderate English language skills ; High personal motivation and the ability to develop practical or innovative alternative approaches to meet objectives ; Capacity to work under pressure and dealing with conflicts Proactive and team working spirits Open mind thinking and doing Consideration QCD validation and PDCA working method Strong communication skills to different levels on the organization Willingness to travel
