We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join us in Porto.

Responsibilities:

• Charging tool Néoload (or similar knowledge like JMeter, Load Runner, K6, etc.);
• Monitoring ELK and Grafana;
• Supervision App Dynamics, Zabbix;
• General knowledge of deployments tools - CI/CD (Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, XLDeploy, XLRelease);
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodology (using Sevice Now and Atlassian Jira);
• Knowledge of a script language (Python - preferable, Shell, Power Shell)
• Automate as much processes as possible;
• Create documents for new procedures and update the old ones (Atlassian Confluence);
• Knowledge of Web Server (IIS preferable);
• Knowledge of Database (SQL Server preferable);
• Knowledge of Queue Manager/Broker (IBM MQ and Rabbit MQ);
• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows systems.
• Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory);
• Good level of French (it's a plus).
