Advance Care is looking for a
Payroll Specialist
to join our Human Resources team. You'll play a key role in continuously improving payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and operational efficiency, while helping prepare the company for future challenges.
Key responsibilities:
Monthly payroll processing;
Management of new hires, terminations, and contract changes;
Support in preparing legal declarations (Social Security, Tax Authority, IRS);
Liaison with external entities;
Compliance with legal and tax obligations (DMR, Single Report, garnishments);
Support in preparing HR reports and indicators;
Ensure compliance with labor and tax legislation.
Skills and Qualifications:
Degree in Management, Accounting, HR or related field;
Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll;
Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor law;
Solid Excel skills and payroll software;
Attention to detail, responsibility, and team spirit.
