What You'll Own
Rate Strategy
You'll be adjusting nightly prices, minimum stays, and promotions to keep occupancy high and revenue even higher. Events, seasons, weekdays, pacing — you know how to turn all of it into strategy.
Demand & Market Analysis
You'll track competitor performance, watch for compression, spot anomalies in pace, and flag opportunities before anyone else sees them.
OTA Performance
Airbnb, , VRBO, Expedia — you understand how each of these platforms behaves and what it takes to climb the rankings. You know what impacts visibility, what boosts conversion, and how to keep rate parity under control.
Portfolio Reporting
You'll create clear, practical, no-fluff reports. Weekly summaries, monthly forecasts, action points — the kind of insights that actually drive decisions.
Operational Coordination
You'll work closely with our existing team to keep availability, restrictions, and pricing aligned across the PMS and the OTAs.
Who You Are
You've done revenue management in hospitality or short-term rentals.
You understand the rhythm of a market: high demand, low demand, pacing curves, lead times.
You're analytical, structured, and able to look at a dashboard and immediately spot what needs to change.
You can work independently and deliver results consistently.
You want a flexible role where your impact is visible and measurable.
