/ppstrong Opportunity: Global CSA (Coordinated services agreement) Operations Manager /strong /pulli Lead the relationships with the CSAs partners across all regions /lili Pro-actively develop and build client and customer relationships with MSD stakeholders /lili Provide thought leadership on all IFM service delivery and act as a subject matter expert for service delivery for a total IFM CSA offer /lili Point of escalation and issue resolution for all issues within the CSA markets /lili Implement and maintain business improvement processes, standardisation and improvement into all areas of the CSA business model /lili Support business growth within the CSA markets /lili The role requires relationship management at all levels to work effectively across Sodexo Management Teams, CSA Partners working within a matrix organisation /lili Clearly articulate Sodexo and MSD expectations and coordinate to CSA Partners /lili Act as the key strategic interface between our Sodexo Accounts Directors and our CSA Partners /lili Responsible for coordinating the delivery of MSD business targets and identified annual priorities, whilst always maintaining contractual and service compliance /lili Liaison and co-ordination with in-country/regional management and operational teams /lili Lead, develop, manage and motivate a high performing team to the agreed standards ensuring that the client receives services of the highest quality /lili Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of services to MSD by the CSA partners, in alignment with overall account strategy /lili Actively work across all regions as part of the leadership team /lili Interface and collaborate with country teams and country subject matter experts via a matrix structure /li /ulpstrong What You Need to Succeed: /strong /pulli An accomplished executive with over 10 years + experience on both the client and/or supply side (IFM, Procurement, Commercial Real Estate) /lili Fluent spoken and written English as the main business language /lili International and/or multi country/regional experience – management of complexities, divergent interests, cultured in different geographies /lili Experience of blue-chip organisations and high-quality delivery /lili Experience of having operated successfully within an outsourced B2 B environment /lili Experience of working in or leading a transformation programme /lili Proven experience in working across geographical boundaries and building diverse teams /lili Leadership strong management skills: capacity to motivate, influence without direct / line management control coach develop team members, provide feedback, build talent pools, foster collaboration, delegate /lili Demonstrable track record of developing successful operational strategies across a broad portfolio of target client groups /lili Ability to make and stand by tough decisions /lili Live the Sodexo values and promote brand standards as an ambassador /lili Ability to interface with clients at all levels, in a matrix organization /lili Development of commercially viable solutions based on rigorous techniques to understand client needs and price products/services accordingly /lili Rigorous, working with methodology and processes, experience in project management is a strong asset /lili Greater degree of knowledge, planning/ability to integrate abilities, manage diverse teams, processes /lili Considerable experience in sector contracting and sector technical service delivery /lili Proven financial acumen essential with commercial experience and business acumen /lili Proven track record of initiating and leading demanding business transformation programs /lili Proven experience of developing profitable relationships with clients /lili Proven experience in identifying new business /lili Active listener with excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills /lili High standards of numeracy and written communication, particularly sales/bid copy /lili Continuous professional curiosity in industry/specialism /li /ulpstrong What We Offer: /strong /pullistrong Hybrid work model /strong and flexible working hours /lilistrong Health Life Insurance /strong /lilistrong Meal allowance /strong paid via card /lili Additional paid leave (strongbirthday, volunteering day, extra vacation day /strong) /lili Access to strong6,000+ free online courses /strong /lili Professional growth opportunities within Sodexo /lili Participation in multicultural projects /lili Well-being initiatives to support our teams /li /ulpstrong Apply now!
