Asenium is looking for a highly skilled IT Migration Consultant to join a strategic Engineering Team responsible for leading and executing IT upgrades and migrations.

Location:
Remote (Initial 10 weeks onsite in Italy for training)

Work Model:
Hybrid – 1x per month onsite (subject to change)

ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in server and database migration projects across various healthcare institutions.
• Execute Oracle RDBMS administration tasks related to upgrade and performance.
• Support Windows system administration (with occasional Linux support).
• Contribute to scripting and automation efforts using Shell, Power Shell, and tools like Ansible.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration rollouts.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle RDBMS (administration, upgrade, tuning).
• Solid understanding of System Administration – primarily Windows, with some Linux exposure.
• Proven track record in IT Migrations (servers, databases, software upgrades).
• Proficiency in SQL (DML & DDL).
• Good command of scripting or automation tools:
  Shell, Power Shell, Ansible, etc.
• Demonstrated autonomy, resilience, and proactive problem-solving.
• English required;
  other European languages are a plus.
