We are currently looking for a
Seasonal Client Experience Support
to join our
Louis Vuitton Lisbon store
during the month of December.
As part of the
Hospitality team
, you will be an ambassador of the Maison, ensuring that every Client receives an exceptional experience in line with the Louis Vuitton promise. You will support the store with key tasks such as
packaging, welcoming and hosting clients, and providing overall hospitality support
.
Job responsibilities
Welcome every Client warmly and ensure an exceptional in-store experience aligned with the Louis Vuitton standards.
Offer refreshments and provide attentive hospitality throughout the Client journey.
Support the Client Advisors by preparing and presenting packaging with utmost care and attention to detail.
Maintain a refined and elegant environment in all hospitality areas, ensuring cleanliness and presentation at all times.
Anticipate Client needs and assist with any special requests in a discreet and professional manner.
Collaborate closely with the store team to ensure smooth operations during peak periods.
Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior

Required Experience
Proficient Portuguese and English, any other language is a plus.
A previous background in retail or hospitality and luxury is not mandatory, but will be positively considered.
Professional Superior studies in the area of sales & marketing and/or tourism is valued but not a requirement.
