Your Role
As a
Marketing Optimization Specialist
, you'll:
Implement optimization strategies for high-value international customers
Improve performance across Google Ads (Search, Mobile, You Tube)
Analyze data, trends & KPIs to create actionable recommendations
Build keyword packs, set bids, optimize budgets & maximize ROI
Become an expert in Googles latest tools and best practices
Help brands grow while sharpening your analytical and strategic skills
This role will transform you into a
data-driven marketing expert
with highly employable skills across the EU.
What You Bring
Wed love to meet you if you have:
Minimum 12 months of experience in Google Ads or optimization
Strong understanding of KPIs & performance metrics
Good knowledge of Excel
Analytical thinking & a passion for digital marketing
Fluency in German and good English skills
Motivation to relocate, grow, and work in a multicultural environment
