About the role
We are looking for a senior Marketing & Brand Lead to take full ownership of the company's marketing and brand function. This role sits between executive leadership and junior marketing staff and is responsible for translating strategic intent into coherent, high-quality output. This is a leadership role with hands-on responsibility. The successful candidate will define direction, manage execution, and personally step in where required.

Terms Senior Fractional (2- 3 days/ week) or full-time depending on fit after 6 mo trial period
Salary/ Rate Depends on experience
Requirement Weekend work is rare but can occasionally be necessary

Responsibilities
Own and develop the company's overall marketing and brand strategy
Translate Managing Director input into clear marketing direction and priorities
Personally execute and/or oversee design, content, and campaigns
Manage and mentor a junior marketing team member
Establish brand guidelines, templates, and repeatable workflows
Oversee production across print, digital, presentations, and project marketing
Coordinate and manage external vendors and freelancers as needed
Act as the primary interface between executive leadership and marketing execution
Candidate Requirements and Skills
Design & production (hands-on)
Candidates must be able to personally produce and edit work.
Adobe In Design – advanced proficiency
Adobe Photoshop – production-level proficiency
Adobe Illustrator – competent working knowledge
Figma or equivalent – for digital layouts and collaboration
Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
Marketing strategy & planning
Brand positioning and messaging development
Campaign planning and prioritization
Content architecture for real estate and development projects
Experience creating brand guidelines and core templates
Digital campaigns & performance marketing (real estate focused)
Proven experience running digital marketing campaigns for real estate sales
Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, remarketing)
Understanding of lead-generation funnels for residential or mixed-use developments
Ability to align campaign messaging, landing pages, and visual assets
Experience coordinating with sales teams and tracking campaign performance
Digital & SEO fundamentals
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page SEO, metadata, content structure)
Experience directing or collaborating with SEO specialists
Understanding of website content strategy and CMS platforms (Word Press, Webflow, or similar)
Management & workflow
Proven experience managing junior team members
Ability to brief clearly, review efficiently, and give decisive feedback
Establishing workflows, approval processes, and quality standards
Managing external consultants and production partners
Industry relevance
Experience in real estate, architecture, development, or premium/luxury brands strongly preferred
Ability to communicate design value clearly and accurately
