You'll cultivate relationships with our fleet partners, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing revenue opportunities. This dynamic role offers the chance to impact Bolt's growth in the car rental industry from both sales and account management perspectives. Your daily adventures will include |Identify and engage with potential fleet owners and small to medium-sized car rental companies to showcase the advantages of joining the Bolt platform. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing fleet partners, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction on the Bolt platform. Monitor fleet onboarding processes and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely integration. Effectively address and resolve escalated issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams for swift resolutions. Regularly review and adjust pricing models to maintain competitiveness. Develop and implement strategies to optimize return on investment (ROI) per car for fleet partners. Analyze performance metrics and collaborate with partners to identify areas for improvement and efficiency. About you Proven experience in sales, account management, or fleet management within the transportation or car rental industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and the local language. Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret data to drive business decisions. Excellent relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Problem-solving skills to address and resolve partner concerns effectively. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
