Create/distribute daily/weekly/monthly reporting to sales reps/sales managers/sales directors to support performance in data quality, productivity and pipeline management. Create resources to support adoption and increased usage of the tool. Attend regular Group SFA meetings/workshops to support the development of the SFA tool in line with business needs. Support B2B marketing with adoption of Pardot marketing. Act as the central point of contact for Group on all SFA topics, cascading information to local users as appropriate. Business skills. Good knowledge of business field and processes. Good knowledge of of local specificities. Frequently uses Salesforce, including Chatter, to manage the business.
