Your Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat;
Assist clients with inquiries related to e-commerce platforms, B2 B operations, and digital marketing campaigns;
Manage sensitive data in full compliance with company and data protection standards;
Handle complex requests with professionalism, problem-solving ability, and ownership.
Your Profile
Previous experience in e-commerce, B2 B sales, or digital marketing;
Excellent communication and persuasion skills;
Fluency in English (written and spoken – mandatory);
Comfortable working with digital tools and back-office systems (SAP experience is a plus);
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
