Your Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries related to e-commerce platforms, B2 B transactions, and digital marketing
Manage sensitive information in line with company policies and data protection standards
Handle complex requests independently with professionalism, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills
What We're Looking For
Experience in e-commerce, B2 B sales, or digital marketing
Excellent communication and persuasive abilities
Fluency in English (both written and spoken – mandatory)
Comfortable using back-office systems; SAP experience is a plus
Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
