Days off: Saturday and Sunday.
Transportation support: The company will cover Uber rides up to 25.00 to help employees commute and start early at 06:00.
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (CDD) 6 months Main Requirements: Candidates must haveexperience or solid knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design, and show real enthusiasm for these fields this ismandatory.
Compensation: Base salary: 1,100 gross x 14 months Performance bonus: 180 gross x 12 months Meal allowance: 7.23 per day Transport allowance: 20 per month Health insurance: Available from day one (employee contributes monthly); free after completing 6 months of contract Position bonus for Braga (if assigned): 20 gross x 12 months Welcome Bonus Details: For hires startingfrom 1 September onwards, the Welcome Bonus will be paid in12 monthly instalmentsduring the first year.
Each instalment (1/12 of the bonus) will be paidonly if the employee maintains less than 6% unjustified absenteeismin the previous month.
This serves as an additional benefit butshould not be presented as part of the fixed salary package, as it depends entirely on attendance.
Relocation Information (Lisbon only): Airfare reimbursement: Up to 400 (Economy class) after completing 6 months of contract.
Accommodation offer: Shared apartment for a maximum of 12 months at 280/month (utilities included, directly deducted from payslip).
Remote consideration: Candidates already residing in mainland Portugal (except islands) may be considered for remote options.
Important note: For all hires effective from 1 December onwards, flight reimbursement will no longer apply.
