Senior People Partner - Supply Chain

Providing holistic guidance, support, and development to our employees and supervisors/management in all operational and strategic areas;
Run the shop while simultaneously managing Technology Hub's ramp up;
Manage HR budget and supervise correct payroll;
Manage recruitment processes directly and with external recruitment support;
Take accountability for contracts, on/off-boarding processes;
Responsible for talent management and people development;
Responsible for projects/activities around employer branding;
Responsible for planning and execution of local training;
Uphold Organization values, culture and positive work environment and build a sense of community across organization;
Perfil ideal

> 5 years of Human Resources experience in a Business Service environment characterized by an operational workforce and higher turnover levels;
Proven track record in office worker recruitment;
Up-to-date knowledge of local labour market (e.g. trends and metrics on compensation, employee satisfaction);
Have deep expertise in Portuguese HR laws and labour market behavior;
Prior experience in leading compensation and performance processes as a generalist;
Experience in developing HR policies and procedures to create a transparent and merit-based organization
Set-up and deliver HR-relevant KPIs;
Good understanding of HR-enabling technology and SAP ERP;
Track record of working with (senior) management to build high-performing teams;
Knowledge of how to partner with and coach all employee and manager levels;
Strong interpersonal as well as organizational skills, open-minded and receptive to change;
Ability to lead as well as champion change;
Employment branding in the workplace;
Eager to learn and deal with ambiguity;
High ethical understanding;
Work independently;
Ability to analyze data, understand trends and beginning to develop recommendations for action based on the analysis;
Able to easily communicate with and adjust communication style to influence multiple stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
