We are looking for a

Senior CRM Manager - Hub Spot (m/f/d) who implements the deployment of marketing automation systems and independently takes on client projects. The focus is also on implementing measures and providing strategic advice in collaboration with clients.

The preferred start date would be January or February 1, 2024

Senior CRM Manager - Hub Spot (m/f/d) you will work in our office in Lisbon and also have the opportunity to work from home several days a week.

What are your tasks as Senior CRM Manager - Hub Spot (m/f/d)?

Independent responsibility for Marketing Automation projects
Customer consultation and analysis of customer requirements and business goals
Implementation of Marketing Automation systems and integration of external tools
Development of automation strategies and multi-channel campaigns
Implementation of marketing, sales, and service measures (email templates, landing pages, workflows, blog, etc.) in compliance with GDPR requirements
Monitoring and optimization of measures with a focus on objectives
Preparation, execution, and follow-up of Marketing Automation workshops

What is expected of youas Senior CRM Manager - Hub Spot (m/f/d)?

3 years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, and Email Marketing
Proficient use of the Hub Spot Growth Suite
Strong analytical and strategic skills, as well as a very good technical understanding and knowledge of new tools
Basic programming skills (ability to read HTML, CSS)
Communication skills and consulting competence
Creativity, enjoyment of concept development, and a sense for good design, trends, and customer needs
Quick comprehension, independence, and initiative
Fluent in German and very good knowledge of English
Team spirit and motivation to develop together with the company
Advantageous: Experience with other Marketing Automation or CRM tools (Emarsys, Bloomreach, SALESmanago, Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce Pardot, etc.)
