We're looking for a
Launch & Growth Manager
to take full ownership of our growth engine at The Nomad Escape. You'll develop, design, and run our launches (retreats, webinars, campaigns, and founder experiences) from start to finish, managing the team, systems, and results so the CEO can focus on vision and delivery.
This role is about
leadership, accountability, and results.
