Job Description

This is a remote position.
You will be one of the main points of contact for our customers, responsibilities include:
Understanding our customers' goals and requirements, breaking them down into clear instructions for the research team.
Regular interaction with our customers to ensure that their Data Bees service is aligned with their overall business goals
Ensuring consistent, high quality deliverables are produced on time by our research team
Respond to everyday customer queries
Work closely with the leadership team to improve processes and ensure Data Bees customers have an exceptional customer experience from the beginning to the end of the life cycle
Work with sales to ensure new customers are onboarded quickly and effectively

What are we looking for?
High level of English
Confidence speaking to Sales/Marketing Saa S leaders
Understanding of B2 B Sales & Marketing
