We are currently looking for a German-Speaking Senior Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team remotely in Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email, and display)
- Optimize campaign performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
- Coordinate with creative, data, and media teams to align messaging and targeting strategies
- Track campaign KPIs (e.g., engagement, conversion, ROI) and deliver actionable insights
- Support content development and localization for the German-speaking market
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and ensure compliance with market regulations
- Act as a strategic advisor for internal teams and clients, providing marketing expertise and insights
- Stay informed about digital trends, tools, and consumer behavior in the DACH region
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in German (C1+) and strong English (B2+ minimum)
- Must reside in Portugal or be willing to relocate (relocation support provided)
- Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or brand marketing
- Solid knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Agency or in-house experience working across diverse client sectors is a strong plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team
