Networks Platform is looking for a motivated individual to join our Customer Experience team. This team is responsible for enhancing customer experience across five focus areas: Continuous Improvement, Analytics & Reporting, Communications, Knowledge, and Digital. The role involves defining and managing the Digital roadmap aligned with ongoing improvement needs. We value innovation, excellence, and continuous enhancement in all aspects of our business.

What you will do:

  1. Define and manage the company's Digital roadmap, aligned with continuous improvement needs and strategic goals;
  2. Develop and implement self-care services for customers via digital channels, focusing on process improvement and automation/digitalization;
  3. Define, plan, develop, and calculate the Business Case for digital initiatives;
  4. Maintain digital channel quality post-launch, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the evolution of functionalities;
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business process needs and improvements;
  6. Set indicators in Google Analytics to monitor new functionalities and gather insights;
  7. Analyze data and reports to assess digital channel performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

  1. Master's or bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;
  2. Up to 5 years of professional experience;
  3. Proven experience managing digital projects or similar roles focusing on customer experience;
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making;
  5. Experience with Agile methodologies (Confluence and Jira);
  6. Excellent communication skills and team collaboration ability;
  7. Proactivity and motivation for continuous improvements;
  8. Experience in process automation and digitalization;
  9. Knowledge of SAP, LEAN, and KAIZEN is a plus; problem-solving mindset.
