Job Description

A Business Development Manager is a key professional responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strategic relationships and driving the growth of a company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.

-Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals to potential clients.

- Lead negotiations with clients and partners to secure favourable agreements.

- Be ready to do cold calls and establish a connection with a customer on any type of event.

- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for the company's products/services.

- Thoroughly follow up on opportunities and nurture open opportunities.

-Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.

-Develop entry strategies for new markets and oversee their implementation.

-Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

-Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies.

-Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development.


- Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

-Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

-Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategy.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Very good English, either writing and speaking.

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
