We are currently looking for an ambitious Account Manager DACH (m/f/x) full-time for our B2B Sales Team. What you will contribute: Focus on revenue growth (cross-sell/upsell), retention of accounts as well as pitching and onboarding new clientsDevelop a strong understanding of customers and serve as a trusted advisorTrack customer needs and new feature requestsCollaborate across teams to drive greater levels of automation, establish more standardized processes, and increase cross-functional communicationKeep up to date with industry changes related to our activities and clients' needs What you bring: 1+ year of experience in a customer success, relationship management, or account management roleConsistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievementFluent in German with excellent spoken and written EnglishExperience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)Experience in sales operations and/or marketing automation software preferredYou are obsessed with making customers happy.
