Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Marketing Manager at Village Maternity. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media channels, developing email campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with the sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build out marketing strategy to grow DTC business
• Overhaul prioritization of spend and content, including influencer, affiliate, press, and paid spend
• Create and maintain marketing calendar
• Develop email marketing strategies to support marketing campaigns including new product launches, seasonal promotions, and CRM goals such as customer acquisition and retention
• Oversee all elements of email campaign development to include database segmentation, copywriting, design, build, testing/QA and deployment of dynamic triggered (automated programs) and batch emails
• Analyze email performance, A/B testing results, KPIs including engagement and sales metrics, and leverage learnings to inform campaign planning and optimization
• Analyze and assess ecommerce performance by channel through KPI reporting; prepare analytics-based insights and findings, takeaways and recommendations
• Successfully integrate social media, brand initiatives/values, and key event content into the web content marketing strategy

Experience:

• Develop successful marketing strategies
• 5+ years of experience creating email marketing campaigns that increase acquisition and conversion in Klaviyo or another email marketing platform
• 3+ years of e Commerce, category management, site merchandising, and/or digital marketing experience (Shopify specific a plus) and experience utilizing Google Analytics to collect, analyze and share site performance
• Experience running social media, content creation, SEO
• Experience managing Affiliate and ad agencies
