We are looking for someone who can think holistically, communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and partners, and lead the innovation activities for KPHS.
Key Responsibilities Manage together with the Director Innovation the innovation project portfolio Support teams evaluate innovation and business potential and strategic fit of ideas Lead projects through the innovation pipeline: from idea generation to validation and implementation Identify and assess new technologies, business models, and trends in pharma and life sciences Cross‐functional collaboration with stakeholders from sales, product and services globally Drive internal awareness and external visibility of the company's innovation activities Develop and refine innovation processes, including organizing ideation workshops, hackathons, and design thinking sessions internally and with customers Ideal Candidate Profile Education: Degree in Economics, Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
