Mission of the Role: Customer focus • Manage Quality Rejections internal or customer related Key Objectives of this Role: Customer focus • Manage Quality Rejections internal or customer related • Ensure manufacturing is fully engaged on solving quality issues with implemented containment and corrective actions in a timely manner • Monitor and achieve quality rejections ageing KPIs • Facilitate Problem Solving teams and provide support for Practical Problem solving.

Internal quality • Ensure proper reporting of failure modes and process/production lines issue in relation of product quality • Support other plant quality activities as required (Internal Quality Management Systems Audits) • Ensures cosmetic requirements are clearly communicated to the manufacturing teams Demonstrated skills and abilities as might be expected from this role : • Preferred experience and knowledge in automotive electronics • Strong Quality mindset • Knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) • Fluent communication in English • Advanced skills in using the Microsoft suite of applications • Capable to work under stress condition
