Travel Specialist for the Mediterranean Region (German Speaker). Our mission is to help travelers experience the Mediterranean through unforgettable trips and cultural encounters.
Responsibilities include:
Assist travelers via phone and email in choosing their travel adventures.
Present and promote our travel products on our website.
Guide travelers before and after trips through communication.
Create and translate content in German for our website.
Coordinate reservations with local service providers.
Negotiate deals with service providers to benefit our clients and company.
Design new travel products from scratch.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Qualifications:
Passion for customer service and sales.
Native-level German (C1) proficiency in speaking and writing.
Fluent English skills.
Travel experience in the Mediterranean region.
Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under stress.
Preferred additional skills:
Knowledge of Greek, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese.
Experience in tourism or as a tour operator.
Living or working experience in Mediterranean destinations.
Software skills.
