Position: Health and Safety Manager
Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize, coordinate, and monitor the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) management system, including electrical safety in accordance with DGUV V2 and V3 standards, ensuring compliance with Huawei's global EHS requirements, local laws, and customer standards;
- Contribute to environmental protection plans focusing on all lifecycle aspects of Photovoltaic systems (Panels, Batteries, Control Systems);
- Communicate with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and project teams regarding all aspects of the environmental and occupational health and safety management system in a timely manner;
- Organize EHS control activities, sampling, accident investigations, and reporting; handle EHS incidents, accidents, and violations effectively and promptly;
- Provide regular reports to project managers on the operation status and improvement needs of the EHS management system and Supplier EHS performance;
- Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation systems for EHS management and recordkeeping;
- Conduct supplier EHS management system audits and onsite assessments.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant training in Environmental Engineering, Safety, or Health;
- Certification as a Higher Technician of Safety and Health at Work (TSST);
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health at Work (QASST);
- Experience monitoring internal and external audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications;
- Auditor training enabling internal audits and external audit monitoring;
- Trainer certification to conduct mandatory internal OSH trainings.
