Vertente Humana, a leading human resources management company, is recruiting a Customer Service Agent fluent in Dutch for a stable and growing project in the logistics sector.
Tasks:
- Making contact with customers in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the Netherlands to confirm and schedule equipment collections;
- Providing telephone support and answering questions in a clear and empathetic manner.
Working Hours:
Fixed full-time hours: Between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (level C1 or higher) - oral and written (mandatory);
- Good knowledge of English and/or Portuguese;
- Good communication skills and active listening;
- Customer focus, proactivity, and attention to detail.
