Objective:
Manage shipments, supplies, and logistics operations to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the logistics team (1 direct report: Warehouse Supervisor; the rest are indirect reports).
Manage shipments, inventory, packaging, and transportation.
Ensure customer requirements and delivery deadlines are met.
Monitor and report logistics performance.
Maintain workplace safety, order, and compliance.
Requirements:
Higher education degree.
2+ years of logistics and team management experience in the automotive industry.
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Strong organization, teamwork, decision-making, and leadership skills.
