Panda Doc is seeking a Leader for our Monetization area within the Growth department.

In this high-impact role, you will define and execute the roadmap for Panda Doc’s monetization strategy, leading multiple product squads dedicated to driving long-term business growth.

Your efforts will focus on optimizing key areas such as pricing and packaging, checkout, upgrade and downgrade flows, and other critical monetization touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of pricing strategies, market dynamics, and customer behavior, along with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.

With a proven track record of successfully leading monetization initiatives and driving revenue growth, preferably through a product-led growth (PLG) approach, you will be responsible for leading teams and creating, aligning, and championing a product strategy grounded in a deep understanding of our users and sales motions, thoroughly supported by data.

In this role, you will: Develop and implement a comprehensive monetization strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of Growth PMs focused on monetization initiatives Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the product team Drive product enhancements and optimizations to boost conversion rates and c LTVDesign and oversee A/B tests and experiments to validate growth hypotheses and measure results Utilize data to uncover growth opportunities and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Work closely with engineering, design, product marketing, and sales teams to drive monetization initiatives Ensure clear communication and alignment across all departments and stakeholders Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors to advocate for user-centric product development.
