Malwarebytes is looking for…You will be a part of an all-star Product Management team that is responsible for shaping our Malwarebytes strategy, defining business requirements, and determining sprint priorities. You will partner with other product management team members to successfully deliver final products to our customers. This position will work closely with engineering, marketing, user experience, program management and customer support. A successful product manager is an expert on their products with excellent communication skills to evangelize products internally across functional teams as well as externally to Malwarebytes. The ability to communicate the values of Malwarebytes solutions by providing key use cases, product demonstrations and roadmap presentations is key to your success. This role will report to the Director of Core Technology.What You’ll Do: Collaborate closely with Product Management, Research and Product Marketing leadership to execute on the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Malwarebytes product lineAct as the technical product expert for the security protection capabilities across all operating systems Translate high-level product features into epics and detailed user storiesWork with Technical Product Manager to help with Product backlog and implementation of user storiesBuild, prune and maintain the team backlog of epics, user stories, defects, refactors, infrastructure work as neededPrepare and participate in release planningParticipate in sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives and daily standupsCoordinate with Program Management and Marketing to ensure smooth product launchesManage beta programs and participate in beta forums on on-going basisEngage with customers to better understand their needsEvangelize and defend the vision of the product with the internal teams on a day to day basisAdvocate for users to ensure customer satisfaction and acceptanceMaintain close relationship with the cross-functional team (Sales, Support, Marketing, Engineering, and Test Engineering) to answer questions about your productCollaborate with other Technical, Product Strategy and Product Marketing Managers to share knowledge and experience, coordinate with other releases and deliver great products Skills You’ll Need to Have: 2-5+ years of technical product management or equivalent experienceExpert level background in the Windows operating system required, Advanced knowledge of the threat landscape and strong knowledge of Mac and all mobile OSesSelf-directed, proactive, highly detailed-oriented, results-driven, with ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving, collaborative environmentExposure to user experience design and user researchAbility to collaborate and interact across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levelsAbility to speak with internal and external customers with knowledge and professionalismAbility to create presentations that clearly communicate vision, strategy and requirementsAbility to gather data and distill it into a format that creates actionable outcomes Creative thinker, problem solver, and strong leader with excellent attention to detailAbility to multi-task, adapt to changes, and maintain positive attitudeHighly self-motivated, pro-actively reporting on status and tasksEnthusiasm for working in a fun and fast-paced cultureTravel as required Benefits and Perks: A great work environment that supports growth, development, and most importantly having fun!
