Job description As a Customer Success Manager, your mission is to ensure hospitality companies achieve maximum value from our platform while building strong, long-lasting partnerships. You’ll act as their trusted advisor, proactively engaging to drive adoption, upsell opportunities, and retention.
Product & Market KnowledgeBuild deep expertise in our product suite, competitors, and pricing.
Deliver demos of additional features and payment solutions, highlighting their value.
Spot upsell opportunities based on customer needs and market trends.
Collaborate with the sales team on tailored expansion strategies. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking hoteliers.
Proactively engage with customers to understand goals, challenges, and objectives.
Conduct regular check-ins and success reviews to track satisfaction and performance.
Provide training and resources to help hoteliers maximize product usage.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. Customer Retention Strategies
Identify risks of churn and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Address concerns quickly and turn challenges into opportunities.
Strive to convert satisfied customers into advocates.
Requirements C2 level German & C1 level English
2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role
Strong communication skills: empathetic, patient, yet confident in leading conversations and upselling when appropriate
Motivated to thrive in a high-tech, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively
Collaborative team player who can also work independently
Experience in hospitality or Saa S environments
