What You'll do:
Create Azure cloud-based solutions to meet regulatory reporting goals and integrate with data sources, the global data platform, and presentation layers;
Build and deploy ETL solutions in Azure using cloud-native components such as Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Airflow;
Identify and manage technical dependencies and risks, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory guidelines;
Collaborate closely with other data engineers and business stakeholders to ensure high data quality and accessibility;
Proactively participate in team decisions and challenge proposed solutions when necessary;
Design, implement, and maintain solutions for complex datasets within the Microsoft Azure stack (Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Dev Ops pipelines);
Work together with the team on innovative solutions for complex business problems;
Create scalable data products that enable self-service business intelligence and promote data-driven decision-making;
Contribute to the team following Dev Ops and Agile/Scrum principles;
Continuously improve systems, processes, and personal expertise to ensure sustainable and high-quality solutions;

What You Are:
HBO/WO working and thinking level (higher professional or academic level);
At least 8 years of experience as a Data Engineer;
Strong motivation and ability to solve complex technical and business challenges;
Willingness and courage to work with the latest technologies and introduce them structurally within the team;
Extensive experience with SQL and developing ETL solutions;
Experience working with the Azure data platform, including Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, and Azure Dev Ops;
Knowledge of data modeling, for example in Analysis Services or Power BI;
Fluent in Portuguese and English;
