THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Lead Bartender to bring energy, precision, and flair to our bar operation. More than mixing drinks, this role is about curating moments—leading by example, ensuring exceptional service, and helping define the spirit of our bar experience.

You’ll support the Head Barman and F&B Manager in daily operations, mentor junior staff, and serve as the go-to during rooftop activations and high-volume nights. Your mixology skills and leadership will help shape one of Lisbon’s most talked-about spots.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead bar operations during your shift, ensuring smooth service and strong team coordination
• Craft both classic cocktails and original creations with consistency and care
• Coach, train, and motivate bartenders and barbacks to maintain high standards
• Manage mise-en-place, stock rotation, and cleanliness protocols
• Collaborate with the team on rooftop activations, seasonal menus, and events
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Deliver warm, confident guest interaction, encouraging upsells and return visits
• Suggest drink innovations, guest experiences, and promotions to keep things fresh

WHO YOU ARE

• 2+ years of bartending experience in fast-paced, quality-driven environments
• Experience managing shifts or supporting a lead role behind the bar
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about guest service
• Skilled in cocktail fundamentals, with a love for new trends and techniques
• Positive, reliable, and able to lead by example
• Comfortable with flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and rooftop service
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus
