Position Overview
We are looking for a Laboratory Scientist – Antibody Discovery to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in antibody screening, characterization, and engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Perform antibody screening, characterization, and functional assays
Conduct phage display, Single cell technology and antibody discovery techniques
Design and execute molecular biology workflows
Optimize and troubleshoot cell-based and biochemical assays
Analyze, document, and present experimental data in internal and external meetings
Ability to work independently and actively collaborate within and across teams
Ability to timely plan and execute and to prioritize tasks
Qualifications
Ph D/Master’s/Bachelor’s in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field
Hands-on experience in antibody discovery techniques
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation
Experience with cell culture and recombinant protein expression is a plus
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
