What you'll do:
Lead the design and architecture of software solutions, creating detailed architectural diagrams and documentation to guide the development process;
Work with the Dev Lead to evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to ensure optimal system performance and maintainability;
Oversee the integration of various software components and systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and data exchange;
Design scalable software architectures to handle increasing loads and expand with business needs;
Design and implement microservices architectures, defining clear service boundaries and communication protocols;
Work closely with development teams to provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to architectural best practices;
Analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions to improve system performance and reliability;
Mentor and guide junior developers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning;

Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java and Kotlin development
Strong experience with Java 11, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Azure
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Good understanding of software design principles and patterns
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
