To support our growth and ensure top-level IT support for both internal systems and client infrastructures, we are looking for a Support & Infrastructure Technician.
This position combines hands-on IT maintenance, cloud infrastructure management, cybersecurity best practices, and first-class client support.
Your Duties: Plan, monitor, and maintain the company's internal IT systems and client cloud infrastructure.
Perform upgrades, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on servers, networks, and hardware.
Ensure IT security and compliance with best practices across all environments.
Monitor server identity logs, internal networks, and system performance to detect and prevent issues.
Provide first-line technical assistance to internal teams and clients, identifying problems and offering appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with the Support & Infrastructure Manager to build a responsive IT support team.
Document system configurations, incidents, procedures, and recommended improvements.
Assist in cloud infrastructure management, backup strategies, and disaster recovery processes.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or relevant teams.
Identify opportunities to optimize internal processes and client IT experiences.
Requirements: Secondary education or technical training in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant area.
Proven experience in IT support, infrastructure maintenance, or systems administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Active Directory, Linux, and firewall/network configuration.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar).
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and respond quickly to client needs.
Preferred Qualifications:*Experience with enterprise systems, ERP, or managed IT services.
Knowledge of scripting/automation (Power Shell, Bash, etc.).
Leadership experience or ability to support team development initiatives.
