You will join a dedicated global team and will have an opportunity to grow within one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies. You will primarily provide on-site support to our Porto office but responsibilities extend to our global workforce.descrição da função/job descriptionMaintaining onsite Infrastructure;Work with wider IT team to manage and maintain cloud infrastructure;Schedule and perform BCP/DR tests;Assist in identifying staff requirements and building onsite IT team;Managing day to day office IT support queries;Perform Service Desk responsibilities and resolve incidents in-line with our defined Incident;Management practice;Manage and procure equipment levels to match office demand;Managing and maintaining site documentation in line with ISO and client requirements;Assisting wider IT team with project work.requisitos/requirementsThe Ideal Candidate:At least four years’ experience in a customer support/infrastructure role;Working with cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure, Cisco Umbrella, Service Desk, etc);Experience of and ability to coach and mentor more junior members of the team;Confident in liaising with and managing relationships with vendors;Ability to analyse technical issues quickly and methodically;Experience of implementing technical projects, site installs, etc;Driven, willing to learn and keep skills current;Able to present technical ideas and terms to a non-technical audience;Ensuring work is completed within strict SLA timeframes and adhering to defined processes and policies;Experience in communicating and carrying out Business continuity and disaster recovery testing;Strong documentation and communication skills;Ability to effectively prioritise and plan workload to meet deadlines;Problem-solving and analytical mindset;Excellent attention to detail;Willingness to directly contribute to delivery whilst leading to ensure projects meetdeadlines;Fluent in both English and Portuguese.
