Job Description
We are looking for a bright, analytical, and high-performance orientated professional.
This Analyst position is ideal for a recently graduated student (or with limited experience, up to 2 years), capable of integrating a team of professionals focused on investments, financial analysis, and asset management.
The role will start with a generalist approach, providing broad exposure across multiple functions, with the opportunity to specialize as the career progresses.
LACE will assure a transversal training program, as the workflow integrates multiple disciplines — financial, engineering, accounting, and legal.
Responsibilities
The Analyst will gain immediate exposure to the following areas of the company:
Project and Company Valuation
Financial Modelling and Performance Measurement
Support to M&A Transactions – including acquisitions, disposals, financings, and refinancings
Profitability Measurement and Performance Attribution Analysis
Production of Investor Reports, Papers, and Presentations
Market Research and Transaction Analysis
Interaction with multiple stakeholders involved in asset management
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering (recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience)
Fluent verbal and written communication in English
Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with high attention to detail
Interest and motivation to pursue a career in the Real Estate Investment sector
Strong communication and teamwork skills
