Internship - Junior Database Research Consultant

We are seeking newly graduate professionals for IEFP Internships “Estágio + Talento”, to join us as a Junior Database Research Consultants in our office in Lisbon. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in analyzing market trends, forecasting future market conditions, and providing actionable insights to guide our clients' investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect, organize, and analyze data from primary and secondary sources;
Build and maintain structured and up to date databases;
Produce presentations that summarize the collected information.

Requirements: Eligibility for an IEFP professional internship (Estágios + Talento) – please apply only if you are eligible for this internship; Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Statistics, Data Science or a related field;
Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks;
Quick learning ability;
Proficiency in data analysis tools;
Knowledge of visualization platforms (Power BI);
Basic knowledge of statistics;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Interest in the real estate sector will be considered a plus;
Driving License.
