Qualifications1.

Valid Work permit for Portugal or European Union Citizenship2.

Support Work Visa only Israeli Citizens Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and a good understanding of English (B2 Level); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit; Fast learning capacity; Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information; Experience in telephone customer service / call center environment (plus).
