Key Responsibilities:
Offer responsive, high-quality support through phone, chat, email, and social media
Guide customers through account setup, login issues, identity verification, transactions, and technical queries

Respond to requests swiftly and accurately, maintaining a customer-first mindset

Requirements:
Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
Fluent in English (B2 level)
EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
0-1 year experience in customer support
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
