Grow with us, show off your skills, build your career path, and enjoy every moment in a people-focused global companyWhat you’ll be doing at WebhelpAs anInsurance Team Leader for Airbnb project, you will: Supervise, monitor and develop a team of insurance Customer AdvisorsHandle insurance escalation callsClosely monitor the SLAs and KPIs of the projectGuarantee the continuous monitoring and improvement of the KPIs project by identifying performance gaps, analysing root causes, and developing strategies to improve the results of the teamLead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving high-level performanceCreate an inspiring team environment with an open communication cultureHave a unique opportunity to start working in a consolidated market where you can directly contribute to the company’s fast-paced growth and internal progress in different job positionsExperience all the opportunities that living in Lisbon has to offer. We’ll be a great match if you: Are fluent in English and any of the following: German, French, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian (written and oral)Have at least 1 year of previous experience in Team Management (mandatory)APA/CIP qualified or studying towards qualification with experience on the Irish market (mandatory)Have good IT skills, especially in MS Excel / MS Office / Google G-suiteHave In-depth knowledge of performance metrics (KPIs)Have excellent communication and leadership skillsAre keen for the opportunity to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
