Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Creole & English) – Remote
Join our expanding global remote team We are seeking bilingual professionals fluent in Creole and English (C2) who are empathetic, detail-oriented, and thrive in a multicultural, fully remote environment.
Your Role
Provide high-quality, empathetic customer support across multiple channels
Translate accurately between Creole and English to ensure clear communication
Handle sensitive information in full compliance with PCI and GDPR standards
Resolve complex customer issues independently, leveraging internal tools and collaborating with the team when needed
Who You Are
Strong communicator with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset
Fully fluent in Creole and English (C2 level, written and spoken)
Experience in translation or familiarity with SAP is a plus (not mandatory)
Flexible and available for rotating shifts, including occasional Saturdays
