Your Role
The Insurance Specialist (m/f/d) will manage claims and recoveries related to the marine and non-marine insurance policies.Your Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage claims from inception to resolution.
- Resolve claims in a timely and effective manner.
- Issue settlements with accuracy and integrity.
- Pursue recovery of funds where applicable.
- Provide exceptional customer support.
- Maintain and ensure the quality of data within the claims program.
- Act per the Kuehne+Nagel Group Code of Conduct.
- Comply with all guidelines and standards set by the Kuehne+Nagel Group.
- Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information to manage claims effectively.
- Adhere to the management systems guidelines and organizational standards.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in management of claims and recoveries.
- Knowledge and experience in logistics (preferred).
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts at internal and external board levels.
- Fluency in English; Spanish considered a plus.
