The Global Insurance Manager is responsible for implementing and managing the company's global insurance strategy to protect assets, operations, and personnel across all regions. This includes overseeing corporate insurance programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and optimizing coverage for pharmaceutical-specific risks such as product liability, clinical trials, and supply chain disruptions.

Insurance Program Management
Maintain global insurance programs (Property, Casualty, Product Liability, Clinical Trials, D&O).
Negotiate terms with brokers and insurers to ensure cost-effective coverage.
Monitor and evaluate insurance market trends and regulatory changes.
Risk Assessment & Mitigation
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and assess insurable risks.
