We are currently looking for a Guest Relations to join our team.
This role will be responsible for
- Welcoming our customers;
- Manage appointments in our reservations system and organize cloakroom;
- Manage Jncquoi At Home requests and sales whenever necessary;
- Continuously build and improve our CRM database with all our customers information and individual preferences respecting RGDP compliance;
- Provide all information about Jncquoi concept, service and locations;
- Ensure compliance with all health and quality standards;
About you
- Previous experience in similar roles;
- Reservation and CRM Systems knowledge (Covermanager & Salesforce);
- Excellent communication skills and empathy;
- High level of personal organization and attention to detail;
- Fluent in English (other languages will be a plus).
